Responsibilities
Design, build, and support real-time SCADA control and monitoring systems for Oil & Gas operations
Develop and configure HMI screens to enhance operational visibility
Set up alarm management systems and safety thresholds within SCADA environments
Perform unit and functional testing of systems using Python/scripting and PLC ladder logic
Support and troubleshoot industrial networking, Ethernet protocols, and operational technology (OT) cybersecurity measures
Integrate SCADA data from field networks using ETL/ELT data pipelines
Ensure solutions are scalable and meet evolving business requirements
Work onsite in Houston, TX, supporting real-time industrial control and monitoring
Qualification
Required
Extensive, hands-on SCADA engineering experience in Oil & Gas industry (mandatory)
Proficiency with HMI, alarm configuration, PLCs, and ladder logic
Experience with Python or other scripting languages for modern SCADA systems
Strong understanding of industrial networking and OT security best practices
