They are seeking an experienced Fire Protection Project Manager to oversee fire protection projects from kickoff through closeout, requiring strong knowledge of fire alarm and/or fire sprinkler systems, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination with field teams, customers, and authorities having jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

Manage fire protection projects from contract award to completion

Coordinate installation schedules, inspections, and final acceptance

Oversee project budgets, change orders, and cost tracking

Work closely with engineers, designers, field technicians, and subcontractors

Ensure compliance with NFPA codes, local fire codes, and project specifications

Communicate with customers, general contractors, and authorities having jurisdiction

Review submittals, drawings, and closeout documentation

Lead job meetings and provide regular project updates
