Responsibilities

Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Service Now platform issues
Act as the initial resolver for incidents, problems, and catalog (request) tasks related to Service Now
Support general user inquiries on system usage such as (but not limited to) core ITSM modules, reporting, access and minor data changes
Work in Service Now’s agile module to complete development work as assigned by the Deputy Director
Develop requested functionality within the deployed modules (ITSM, IRM, SPM, SecOps, Vulnerability Management, etc.)
Configure forms, fields, tables, and workflows using Service Now’s built-in tools (e.g., Flow Designer, UI Policies, Catalog Items, etc.)
Provide demos of developed functionality as needed
Document any development work in assigned agile stories
Capture resolution or closure notes in incidents, problems, and catalog (request) tasks

Required

2-5 years of Service Now development experience
Mandatory experience creating and developing catalog items in the Service Now ITSM Module
