Partner with hiring managers to design and run smooth, structured interview processes
Drive closing strategies and manage offers to consistently secure top technical talent
Deliver an outstanding candidate experience that reflects our values and culture
Continuously refine recruiting processes and use metrics to guide smarter, faster hiring decisions

Required

3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in both a startup and high-growth environment
Comfortable engaging on highly technical topics to build trust and credibility with candidates
Proven ability to close top candidates in a competitive landscape while guiding them through a transparent and compelling process
Experience creating and refining hiring processes for scaling organizations
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with candidates and hiring teams
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities
A growth mindset; comfortable iterating on processes and rolling up your sleeves in a fast-moving environment
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (we use Ashby) and a data-driven approach to recruiting

Preferred

Experience recruiting at a leading robotics or autonomous vehicle company
Passion for autonomy, robotics, and developer productivity
Passion for analytics, data integrity, and recruiting operations
