Responsibilities
Design, develop, and test system-level mechanical components and assemblies
Create detailed 3D models using SolidWorks
Perform Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to validate designs
Rapidly prototype mechanical concepts to support product development
Collaborate cross-functionally with electrical and manufacturing teams
Support thermal management design for electronic systems
Continuously improve designs for performance, cost, and manufacturability
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of hands-on mechanical design experience
Strong expertise in SolidWorks modeling
Experience with FEA and mechanical simulations
Background in electro-mechanical product development
Knowledge of thermal management for electronics
Ability to work in a fast-paced, onsite environment
