Responsibilities

Program Ownership: Leading a portfolio of GTM programs that accelerate Collibra’s growth, customer adoption, and market impact

Cross-Functional Alignment: Partnering with senior leaders to define business cases, success metrics, and execution plans that connect to company-wide priorities

Structured Execution: Building program frameworks, setting milestones, and tracking dependencies to ensure predictable, consistent delivery

Accountability & Transparency: Establishing governance and reporting cadences that provide executives with clear visibility into progress, risks, and results

Problem Solving: Anticipating risks and blockers; designing solutions that enable leaders and teams to stay focused on outcomes

Change Leadership: Driving communication and adoption strategies that help GTM teams embrace new programs, tools, and processes

Data-Driven Decision-Making: Defining and monitoring KPIs, leveraging data to assess program health and inform adjustments over time

Required

8+ years of experience in program management, GTM strategy, or business operations, ideally within SaaS, enterprise software, or high-growth technology companies

Demonstrated success leading cross-functional, enterprise-wide initiatives with measurable impact on revenue, customer success, or operational efficiency

Strong executive presence and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

Expertise in program planning, governance, and performance management

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to synthesize complexity into clear updates

Experience with program and project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, Salesforce)

A bachelor's degree or equivalent related working experience is required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
