Execute effective and consistent recruiting process

Build and maintain diverse talent resource pipelines and sourcing to provide a steady supply of premier talent to the organization

Include diversity through pipeline, sourcing, and relationship management

Strive for accuracy and continued improvement of time to fill rates while consistently delivering diverse talent to the enterprise

Connect business and talent trends and utilize data as a true business strategic support and consultant

Required

You have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field OR equivalent experience (4+ years) in talent acquisition

You have at least 5 years experience of progressive full cycle recruitment experience working with a variety of salaried and leadership roles

You value change. You act with appropriate urgency to various market events and trends that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy

You believe in the value of the candidate experience and strive to provide the utmost service and support to all customers – both internal and external
