User Researcher EC-1555

NHS Education for Scotland (NES) is the national health board responsible for workforce development, education, and training in Scotland. They are seeking two User Researchers to join their team working on MyCare.scot, a public-facing digital service aimed at improving access to health and care information. The role involves conducting user research to inform the development of user-centered digital services.

Proven experience as a user researcher or equivalent role
A clear understanding of user research techniques in the context of digital services/web applications, for existing and in-development products
Experience of managing usability testing of web or mobile applications
Understanding of user recruitment and how to optimise the impact of remote research
Experienced in collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, communicating research in a clear, meaningful and actionable manner
Demonstrate honesty, integrity, care and compassion when dealing with others, utilising tact and persuasion skills when necessary
Ability to work on own initiative, to organise and prioritise own workloads, to meet strict deadlines

Required

Proven experience as a user researcher or equivalent role
