Purchasing Administrator

Gothic Landscape is the largest family-owned and operated landscaping company in the nation, dedicated to delivering extraordinary customer service. The Purchasing Administrator will handle logging orders, generating purchasing job folders, and assisting with invoice discrepancies among other purchasing-related tasks.

Environmental Services

Responsibilities

Logging orders on to our order log + sending out the order log to the supers every afternoon
Generating purchasing job folders, master requisitions and requests for quotes
Data entry, including entering all quotes into purchasing system
Indexing purchasing orders into Paperless system
Assisting with invoice discrepancies as notified by Accounts Payable
Assisting with Site Furnishing orders (confirming specs, follow up, revisions, and placing)
Other tasks and duties as assigned

Required

Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Knowledge and experience with Excel and Google Docs
