The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience across domestic and international transactions, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and SEC reporting.

You’ll gain hands-on experience across domestic and international transactions, including:

Mergers & acquisitions

Private equity transactions

Public and private securities offerings

SEC reporting and compliance

Joint ventures and other complex corporate arrangements

The associate will work across a wide array of industries; media and entertainment, technology, financial services, pharmaceuticals, and more. Client representations from early-stage startups to Fortune 500 companies, with a notable focus on middle-market businesses
