Architecture and Planning
Responsibilities
Assist with site measuring and drafting existing conditions
Support building code analysis and records management
Translate sketches into drawings and produce related construction documents
Day-to-day office needs of Principals and Project Managers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in architecture
4-6 years of experience in residential architecture
Strong graphic skills and proficiency in AutoCAD
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Demonstrated ability to stay organized and self-manage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be located in commutable distance to Greater Cleveland, United States
Licensed or non-licensed, but with relevant experience
Preferred
Experience with Rhino and Lumion is a plus
