Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including platform customizations and integrations
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine requirements
Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, and automation
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the ServiceNow platform
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system designs, process flows, and user guides
Mentor junior developers and support overall team technical growth
Stay current with ServiceNow platform features, releases, and industry best practices
Ensure compliance with coding standards, security policies, governance processes, and ServiceNow best practices
Conduct code reviews and actively participate in design discussions and solution planning
Perform Service Mapping, Discovery, and Event Management configurations to enhance IT operations and visibility
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration
Proficiency in: ServiceNow APIs, JavaScript, HTML / CSS
Strong understanding of ITSM and ITOM processes, workflow automation, and best practices
Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow modules such as: ITSM (IT Service Management), CSM / PSDS (Customer Service Management), HAM (Hardware Asset Management)
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Preferred
ServiceNow certifications such as: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, ServiceNow Implementation Specialist
Experience with complex integrations and advanced ITOM capabilities
