The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining Dynamics 365 solutions while leveraging the Power Platform ecosystem to deliver business solutions.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement customizations within Dynamics 365 (Custom Customer Service)

Build and maintain Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate

Perform system configuration, customization, and optimization

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing Dynamics 365 implementations

Document technical specifications and maintain solution architecture documentation

Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices

Required

Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 development and customization

Comprehensive experience with the entire Power Platform stack: Power Apps (Model-driven apps), Power Automate (Flow development and complex workflow automation)

C# development experience for custom plugins, custom workflow activities, and Azure Functions

Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture, entities, and data model

Experience with JavaScript for client-side scripting and form customizations

Proficiency in creating and managing custom entities, fields, views, and forms

Knowledge of Common Data Service (Dataverse) and data integration patterns

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction
