Responsibilities
Design and implement Anaplan models to support business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, and Workforce Planning
Architect scalable, maintainable Anaplan solutions, ensuring optimal model performance and user adoption
Develop and manage integrations between Anaplan and ERP, CRM, and Data Warehouse systems
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and automate forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning models
Drive Anaplan Center of Excellence (CoE) initiatives, ensuring governance, quality, and best practices across all models
Lead the design and implementation of the EDM framework, including data onboarding, hierarchy management, and data quality workflows
Establish and maintain data governance policies, data dictionaries, and metadata repositories
Partner with enterprise architecture and data engineering teams to ensure consistent master data across all business systems
Collaborate with IT and business leaders to optimize data lineage, traceability, and compliance with regulatory standards
Evaluate and recommend data management tools and automation strategies to improve operational efficiency
Serve as the technical advisor for enterprise planning and master data initiatives
Partner with finance, analytics, and engineering leaders to align data and planning strategy with business goals
Mentor model builders and data stewards to improve organizational capabilities in planning and data management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, data management, or planning systems
3+ years of experience in Anaplan model architecture and implementation
Proven experience in EDM, MDM, or Data Governance frameworks
Strong understanding of data integration technologies (API, REST, ETL, Python, SQL)
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred
Anaplan Solution Architect Certification or Master Anaplanner accreditation
Hands-on experience with Informatica MDM, Collibra, Alteryx, or similar data management tools
Experience integrating Anaplan with SAP, Oracle, Workday, or Salesforce
Knowledge of cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
