Responsibilities

Ensuring invoices are correct and submitted on schedule
Following the specific rules or processes of different partners and being open to feedback
Consistently getting things done on time or before due
Raising issues when they come up rather than letting them slide
Taking responsibility when errors occur and learning from them
Spotting potential issues before they become problems, like missing documentation or discrepancies
Finding solutions quickly when errors or unexpected challenges arise
Communicating professionally and clearly with clients or partners when needed
Adjusting to new systems, processes, or partner requirements without losing accuracy or speed
Billing creation, reconciliation and issue resolution

Required

At least 1-3 years of experience in invoicing for a commercial or enterprise company
