Experience translating business and technical requirements into solution architectures
Strong understanding of business processes, capabilities, value streams, and enterprise architecture principles
Ability to assess current-state systems, identify gaps, technical debt, and modernization opportunities
Experience designing future-state architectures, roadmaps, and solution documentation
Strong collaboration skills working with leadership, project teams, and IT stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to plan, organize, and deliver architecture artifacts on time
Adaptability and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, System Analysis, or related field, or equivalent experience
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
3–5 years of Solution Architecture experience with demonstrated business outcomes
Experience translating business and technical requirements into solution architectures
Strong understanding of business processes, capabilities, value streams, and enterprise architecture principles
Ability to assess current-state systems, identify gaps, technical debt, and modernization opportunities
Experience designing future-state architectures, roadmaps, and solution documentation
Strong collaboration skills working with leadership, project teams, and IT stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to plan, organize, and deliver architecture artifacts on time
Adaptability and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Preferred
Experience with API integrations, automation, and system interoperability
Experience with data cleansing, data migration, and reporting
Familiarity with vendor evaluations, RFPs, and proof-of-concept efforts
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365; Visio experience a plus
Public sector or enterprise-scale IT experience preferred
