Responsibilities

Reviewing resumes and sourcing candidates via LinkedIn & other sources to build a pipeline for open positions

Optimizing job advertisements for various job boards and social media platforms

Conducting initial phone screening and checking references, as needed

Supporting ASI’s Diversity & Inclusion council programs

Supporting day-to-day operations, such as preparing documents, filing, processing employee requests, updating databases, and assisting with department projects

Required

Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred

Detail oriented, fast learner, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Excellent writing and grammatical skills

Ability to work both independently (once trained) and with a team

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred

Prior internship experience or experience working in an office setting is a plus
