Responsibilities

Partner directly with the Founder/CEO to drive high-priority company initiatives tied to growth, GTM execution, innovation, and operational scale
Ensure meetings with the Founder and leadership team are maximally effective, including preparation, agenda shaping, facilitation, documentation, and ownership of follow-through
Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives spanning operations, supply chain, marketing, innovation, sales, and organizational design
Translate strategic priorities into executable plans with clear owners, timelines, and success metrics
Drive execution of initiatives across teams that do not report directly to you, ensuring momentum and accountability
Build systems, dashboards, and operating rhythms that improve visibility into performance and progress
Support innovation initiatives from ideation through launch, working closely with product, marketing, and operations
Step into leadership gaps when functions are in transition or lack senior ownership
Support strategic planning cycles, goal setting, and performance tracking
Partner with talent and leadership to identify organizational gaps and support hiring and onboarding where needed

Required

5+ years of experience supporting senior leadership in a strategic, operational, or execution-focused role
5+ years leading and driving cross-functional strategic initiatives end to end
Experience operating alongside a founder or entrepreneurial leader in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Strong operational and business acumen, with experience at the business unit or P&L level preferred
Deep project management experience, including timelines, dependencies, and portfolio management
Strong data and analytical skills, with the ability to track performance and translate insights into action
Experience in startup, scale-up, or hyper-growth environments
Experience supporting performance management systems that drive accountability and results
Proven ability to adapt quickly, stay composed under pressure, and execute amid changing priorities
Strong influencing skills; able to drive outcomes without formal authority
Exceptional communication skills; able to articulate complex topics clearly and concisely
High proficiency with modern productivity and project management tools (Microsoft O365, Google Suite, Mac, etc.)
