Responsibilities

Maintain program management baseline, to include incorporating BCRs, LRE updates, and month-end PMB reconciliation
Generate internal reports on cost and schedule performance for Program Leadership and Control Account Managers
Provide ad-hoc assistance, analysis, and reporting as requested by management and others
Internal corporate reporting requirements such as financial forecasting, revenue forecasts, and Estimates at Complete (EAC)

Required

Typically requires a Bachelor's and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field
Professional experience in a related finance role
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Preferred

Active Top Secret/SCI (or equivalent crossover) security clearance or ability to obtain a clearance within the first year of employment
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and task flexibility
Demonstrated a sense of urgency and ability to meet multiple commitments
Experience in Program Controls, including knowledge of Earned Value Management fundamentals
Experience with SAP, ForProject, APEX EV, COBRA, Winsight or similar tools
Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Ability to interface effectively with Program Management team and other functional organizations
Demonstrated ability for collaboration in a team environment
Self-motivated and proactive in seeking process improvements and analytical insights with experience identifying, developing, and implementing process improvements
