Responsibilities
Oversee the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce including the configuration, user set up, custom workflows, and integrations. Ensure solutions are scalable and tailored to business requirements
Continuously assess system performance and user feedback to implement improvements. Provide training, support, and documentation to ensure user adoption and long-term system success
Design and maintain clean, scalable data models that support reporting, segmentation, and automation. Establish the best practices for data quality, integrity, and security
Act as an AMS Platform subject matter expert and trusted advisor. Recommend tools, features, and strategies to maximize impact align with long-term business goals
Partner with key internal stakeholders including other members of the Implementation team and the Product team. Act as the voice of the customer with Product to advocate for product improvements and evaluate roadmap decisions
Qualification
Required
Earned a bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or related field
3+ years of project management experience ideally with Mid-market or enterprise accounts
Have a minimum of 3+ years of Salesforce experience configuring the platform utilizing best practices
3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce implementation, including programmatic data migration and familiarity with SQL and SOQL
Have experience establishing third party integrations, specifically within the salesforce platform
Preferred
Salesforce certification preferred but not required
Experience with Salesforce NPSP preferred
Experience in the Association industry preferred
