Deliver high-quality customer experience ensuring the customers' needs are met

Process basic to complex financial service transactions with a focus on detecting and reporting fraud and irregular activities

Identify opportunities of benefit for customers and assist with depository account opening, maintenance on deposit accounts, consumer lending, and other bank products and services

Serve as a referral source to other lines of business for needs and enhancements

Support the Relationship Manager with day-to-day tasks to ensure efficient branch operations and compliance with regulatory requirements

Contribute to and support the overall branch sales goal and coach and develop branch colleagues
