American Chemical Society is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual to join the WICS team as an M365 Application Support Intern. In this entry-level role, you will assist in providing technical support and troubleshooting for Washington’s supported M365 applications, ensuring smooth operation and addressing user inquiries efficiently.

Responsibilities

Provide first-level support for Washington’s supported M355 applications, including responding to user inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving technical problems
Escalate complex issues to senior support staff or development teams as needed
Assist M365 Application Trainer in maintaining user guides, FAQs, and other documentation to improve the overall user experience
Log and track reported issues using WICS’ M365 Support SharePoint List, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
Stay updated on the latest M365 application features, updates, and best practices related to the M365 applications
Support M365 Product Owner with M365 Administration tasks
Perform User Acceptance Testing during M365 Application development
Other duties as assigned
