Responsibilities

Outside Sales (Face - To - Face)
Grow the Market: Craft smart sales strategies that win clients & expand our reach
Build Bonds: Nurture lasting relationships / strong bonds with hospitals, agencies & providers
Be the Face: Represent us at community events, fairs & professional gatherings
Boost Visibility: Run local campaigns that put our brand front & center
Show & Tell: Deliver engaging presentations & impactful face-to-face meetings
Educate & Inspire: Teach referral sources about our services & tailor solutions
Stay Organized: Track activities, leads & results in our CRM (Salesforce)
Measure Success: Report on KPIs, conversions & sales performance
Team Up: Collaborate with leadership on sales & marketing initiatives
Smooth Starts: Partner with Care Advisors to ensure seamless client onboarding
Strengthen Presence: Forge partnerships with community groups & stakeholders
Consult & Convert: Guide referrals through outreach, qualification & sign-on
Support Care: Conduct in-home consultations & assist with new care starts
Stay Aligned: Ensure every action meets regulations & company policies
Effective Communication With Owners, Managers, and the General Public
Successful Marketing Of Home Care Services to Rehab Facilities, Skilled Nursing Homes, Senior Centers, Adult Programs, Hospitals, Primary & Specialty Care Physicians

Qualification

Required

1+ yr(s) of Outside Sales Experience in Aging / Senior Services
1+ yr(s) of Experience in Health Care or Senior Care
Strong Networking, Presentation, and Relationship-building Skills
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
Valid Driver's License (Required) & an Insured Personal Vehicle
Effective Communication With Owners, Managers, and the General Public
Successful Marketing Of Home Care Services to Rehab Facilities, Skilled Nursing Homes, Senior Centers, Adult Programs, Hospitals, Primary & Specialty Care Physicians
