Project Coordinator, Network Operations

Responsibilities

Maintaining project records, including reviewing for accuracy, scanning and upload to company database
Preparing and presenting periodic project status updates to customers (written and/or oral)
Coordinating site access with customers and vendors
Prepare Operations and Support contracts for Vero vendors on all new networks
Responsible for uploading all 811 Map Updates across multiple states, protecting all underground OSP fiber
Maintaining data within Vero’s Zoho CRM platform, including vendor invoicing, financial records, recoverable expenses, relocations and damage repairs
Manage project closeout requirements
Additional Project Manager and Business Operations support on an ad hoc basis

Required

0-5 years' work experience in a project management or coordinator role
Strong technical educational and work background
Professional demeanor and ease of interfacing with customers, suppliers and local governmental entities
Experience in Zoho or similar CRM database
Ability working with OSP fiber deployments, tracking, and milestones
Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks in tandem
Strong organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides), Excel, Google Maps, Google Earth
Must be authorized to work in the United States
This position requires the ability to sit and work at a desk for extended periods of time, using a computer and other office equipment
This position requires the ability to perform fine motor tasks, such as typing or using a mouse, for extended period of time
This position requires the ability to pass a standard background check upon offer of position
At least 2 professional references are required

Preferred

Experience interfacing with local permitting entities, engineering/construction companies, and ability to read construction drawings
CAPM, PMP or other relevant project management certification preferred
