Providing thought leadership and perspectives to the client and team
Qualification
Required
10+ years of agency experience
2+ years of experience as an Account Director
Proven track record of helping clients achieve meaningful results
Experience leading teams to the best possible work
Experience fostering connected and engaged integrated teams
Experience successfully juggling multiple accounts
Ability to build strong partnerships and client confidence
Ability to fuel healthy, positive teams and team experiences
Proactive management of business and financial opportunity on assigned accounts
Ability to provide thought leadership and perspectives to clients and teams
Willingness to relocate to the Minneapolis/St. Paul area
Ability to travel as required
