Responsibilities

Act as a point of contact for our tech stack, providing systems support such as troubleshooting Salesforce errors, or coaching Strategic Growth Managers (SGMs) on how to extract actionable insights from PowerBI
Support the mission by helping define national top-line metrics, budgeting, and establishing individual targets for the sales team
Oversee the end-to-end flow of inbound referrals from initial submission to a successful join, facilitating the payment cycle to ensure agents are rewarded accurately and on time
Responsible for data hygiene, proactively identifying and correcting errors to ensure our reporting remains 100% accurate, including auditing and updating dashboards
Identify areas for improvement within the current sales process to maximize team efficiency, reviewing existing workflows to pinpoint bottlenecks and designing automated solutions
Act as the connective tissue between the Growth, Finance, Product, Regional Operations, and other departments to ensure total organizational alignment

Required

B.A. or B.S
2+ years of relevant experience
Basic analytical skills: proficient in Google Sheets, ability to gather and clean data and draw out relevant insights
Strong project management and communication skills
Polished visual, written, and oral presentation skills
Ability and appetite to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter attitude, and ability to exercise judgment and solve difficult problems without direct supervision
Strong interpersonal skills and glass-half-full mentality

Preferred

Familiarity with PowerBI and Salesforce a plus
