Responsibilities
Full-cycle revenue management, cash flow monitoring, month-end close, expense reporting, compliance, payroll, and financial reporting. This role also provides support on tax filings and financial audits
Maintain and monitor all general ledger accounts to provide accurate reporting
Reconcile all firm bank accounts (office)
Manage all accounts payable to ensure vendors are paid accurately and within established terms
Manage the firm's payroll process semi-monthly, ensuring timely and accurate employee compensation and tax filings, and 401K eligibility tracking
Manage paid time off (PTO) tracking for non-exempt employees along with time punch adjustments for firm closures
Handle W-2 preparation and distribution for all firm employees annually to ensure statutory compliance
Collect and maintain W-9s from vendors and issue annual 1099s to ensure accurate reporting of non-employee compensation to the IRS
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance or related field
