Account Executive

Responsibilities

Identify and engage qualified prospects at e-commerce merchants, DTC brands, marketplaces, and SaaS companies with significant digital ad spend
Sell directly to founders, CEOs, CFOs, COOs, and VP-level buyers across Finance, Growth, and Operations
Source your own pipeline through zero-to-one outbound strategies leveraging existing networks and warm relationships, not just high-volume outbound
Conduct deep discovery to uncover pain points and map DashFi’s solutions to business-critical needs
Build and deliver tailored proposals, business cases, and ROI narratives
Navigate multi-stakeholder decision processes and close complex deals
Maintain clean pipeline hygiene and forecasting accuracy in HubSpot
Collaborate with leadership to improve messaging, surface market insights, and actively shape GTM strategy in a founding/early-stage capacity

Qualification

Required

3–5+ years of full-cycle, quota-carrying AE experience, ideally as a first or founding sales hire in an early-stage startup
Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota in outbound-heavy environments
Experience selling into enterprise or mid-market e-commerce merchants, DTC brands, marketplaces, and ad-driven businesses
Comfortable selling to founders, CEOs, CFOs, COOs, and VP-level decision-makers
Strong prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing skills
Exceptional discovery, value articulation, and closing skills
High degree of accountability, ownership, and self-direction
Familiarity with modern sales tools like HubSpot, Apollo, SalesNav, and Slack
Team-first mindset with hunger, humility, and scrappiness - comfortable in early-stage chaos and iterative messaging

Preferred

Experience selling fintech products such as charge cards, corporate cards, rewards programs, working capital, payments, or BNPL solutions is highly preferred
Existing Rolodex-level relationships with e-commerce merchants and finance leaders is a strong plus
