Assist with the drafting of wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents
Prepare probate filings
Conduct legal research
Review and organize legal documents
Ensure compliance with applicable laws
Support attorneys by managing casework
Communicate with clients
Maintain up-to-date records on all associated legal files
Qualification
Required
Strong foundation in Law, with knowledge of estate planning and probate procedures
Expertise in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review to ensure accuracy and compliance
Experience in Florida estate law and probate
Excellent Communication skills for client interaction and collaboration with attorneys
Proven ability in conducting thorough Research for legal cases
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of handling sensitive legal matters with discretion
Proficiency in legal software and technology tools- Clio preferred; familiarity with remote work processes preferred
Associate or bachelor's degree in paralegal studies, legal studies, or a related field; paralegal certification is highly preferred
Availability to be on-call on rotating Saturday schedule

3-4 years of experience working in Florida Probate, Estate Planning, and Estate Disputes
