Responsibilities
Maintain and update master data records to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems
Support ERP (SAP) maintenance and optimization, including production identifiers and documentation
Collaborate with internal teams and external developers to ensure seamless data integration
Assist with database management, data migrations, and automation initiatives to improve efficiency
Generate and maintain automated reports that provide actionable insights for decision-making
Troubleshoot data issues and support business systems improvements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 1 year in manufacturing, supply chain, customer service, or related field
Strong Microsoft Excel skills; proficiency in Word and PowerPoint
Strong problem-solving and analytical ability
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing business needs
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred
Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
Familiarity with databases and basic scripting (SQL, VBA, JSON) is a plus
