Responsibilities
Manages concession programs, fairs, bazaars, special events and food/vending programs
Explores opportunities and develops plans to increase service offerings and effective marketing to drive sales revenue and grow the business
Sources vendors for short-term and long-term contracts
Acts as a contracting officer's representative for administration and oversight of Exchange agreements
May handle contract development and/or negotiation in accordance with Exchange objectives and policies
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Six years of experience in retail, food or services operations with at least two years of experience managing and/or overseeing services, vendor or concession operations
One year of experience at the pay band 4-2/4-3 level or equivalent industry experience is required
MICROSOFT OFFICE PRODUCTS - Required
Preferred
Bachelor's degree and four years of experience in retail, food or services operations with at least two years of experience managing and/or overseeing services, vendor or concession operations
BACHELORS DEGREE - Preferred
