Building Automation Sales Manager

Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the building automation sector
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and client relationships within the HVAC market
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, showcasing the benefits of building automation systems
Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in building automation systems
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to senior management
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in sales, specifically within the HVAC or building automation industry
Strong understanding of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems and building automation systems (BAS)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to build relationships with clients
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in sales or technical roles
Familiarity with mechanical contracting and experience with Reliable Controls, Johnson Controls, Alerton, Tridium, and Niagara is a plus
