Responsibilities
Lead and support investigations and projects to address root causes of nonconformances
Participate in rebranding activities at the plant
Ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations
Be a critical team member in service execution
Work with supplier quality and vendors to ensure conforming input material is delivered to the manufacturing lines
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or higher
Experience working in a manufacturing facility
Proficiency in written and oral communication skills
Root cause investigation and CAPA experience
Team and/or project leadership experience
Skills including organization, resilience, collaboration, and curiosity
