Responsibilities
Lead and manage salesforce apex development and salesforce lightning projects from inception to completion
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the salesforce platform
Develop and customize salesforce applications using apex, visual force, and lightning components
Ensure best practices are followed in salesforce development processes
Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to meet project requirements
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and other stakeholders to design scalable and efficient solutions on the salesforce platform
Qualification
Required
12+ years of experience
Salesforce Apex Technical Lead with lightning framework
Lead and manage salesforce apex development and salesforce lightning projects from inception to completion
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the salesforce platform
Develop and customize salesforce applications using apex, visual force, and lightning components
Ensure best practices are followed in salesforce development processes
Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to meet project requirements
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and other stakeholders to design scalable and efficient solutions on the salesforce platform
Proficiency in salesforce apex development including triggers, classes, batch apex, and declarative features
Strong experience in salesforce lightning web components, aura framework, and lightning design system
In-depth knowledge of integration with external systems using rest and soap apis
Familiarity with salesforce data modeling, security and sharing settings, and deployment strategies
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment
Strong communication skills to interact with technical and nontechnical stakeholders effectively
