The role involves configuring Ivanti Xtraction dashboards, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating with stakeholders to refine reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

Configure and customize Ivanti Xtraction dashboards, reports, and data connectors to meet evolving business requirements
Develop advanced visualizations and KPIs for ITSM, CMDB, and Asset Management to support decision-making
Ensure seamless integration between Ivanti Xtraction and other Ivanti modules (Service Manager, Asset Manager, etc.)
Validate data accuracy and integrity across multiple sources to maintain reliable reporting
Partner with IT, Service Desk, and business teams to gather and refine reporting requirements
Provide training and guidance to end-users on Xtraction capabilities and best practices
Monitor and optimize Xtraction performance for scalability and reliability
Implement best practices for dashboard design and data visualization to enhance user experience
Maintain comprehensive documentation for Xtraction configurations and processes
Ensure compliance with organizational data governance and security standards

Required

Proven experience with Ivanti Xtraction configuration and customization
Strong understanding of ITSM processes, CMDB, and Asset Management principles
Familiarity with Ivanti Service Manager and Asset Manager integration
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
