Responsibilities
Define and drive product vision and strategy across a full stack of collaborators—from customers to engineers and researchers
Partner closely with engineering to prioritize the roadmap, deliver high-impact features, and solve complex problems with clarity and creativity
Translate customer insights and strategic goals into actionable plans that guide engineering execution and product iteration
Champion product quality and AI excellence, ensuring our services are responsible, reliable, and delightful to use
Keep stakeholders aligned and informed, fostering confidence and clarity across internal teams and leadership

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product management + OR equivalent experience
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role
Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter
Preferred
Experience managing the full product lifecycle—from concept and design through launch and iteration
Experience or deep interest in Speech, Generative AI (GenAI)/LLM/Small Language Models (SLM) or Machine Learning technologies
10+ years of experience in product, with a track record of delivering impactful products
Cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence across engineering, research, and business teams
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and clear articulation of complex ideas
High tolerance for ambiguity and a bias for action in dynamic environments
