Responsibilities
Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools
Screen and interview qualified candidates
Perform various customer service related activities
Provide local market, skill set and client specific intelligence to team leads and provide strategic recommendations
Partner with Applicant Sourcers, Contractor Care Reps, and Vendor Management Specialists to deliver a great candidate experience
Work with the Strategic Delivery leadership to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments
Give back to your community by volunteering and partnering with various philanthropic organizations
Qualification
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree
Customer or sales focused experience
Collaborated in a team-oriented environment
