Powertrain Jig design based on the specification document
2D detailing as per customer Standards
Part list creation
Pneumatic/Hydraulic drawings for the equipment functions
Kinematics definition
Experience in taking design from concept through manufacturing and installation
Able to perform basic engineering calculations to size machine components
Able to analyse problems and implement improvements in existing designs and equipment
Knowledge of metal removal cutting tools
Project management experience
Perform basic FEA simulation using SolidWorks
Offshore coordination, scheduling & good communication
Interact with Client and stakeholders located at different location across North America & Canada to get required inputs and understand requirement

Qualification
Required
5~7 yrs of experience
Good understanding of Powertrain Fixture design or BIW & Welding
Experience in Powertrain Jig design based on the specification document
