Responsibilities
Research and analyse market trends to identify potential clients and business opportunities
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners to foster business growth
Create and implement strategic plans to penetrate new markets and increase revenue
Work closely with the line manager to ensure execution of business development and marketing initiatives
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners to secure profitable deals
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction to encourage continuous business and referrals
Negotiate deals and establish business partnerships with high value IB’s and Affiliates
Address and resolve any client issues promptly and effectively
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
Proven experience in Business Development, Sales or a related field with track record of achieving targets
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in market analysis and strategic planning
