Responsibilities
Directly perform tests on Fedegari products and technology applications, on behalf of customers and/or through internal projects for the Fedegari Technology Center
Assist the senior project lead/SME with customers for technical analysis, product and cycle development parameters, and testing definition, including but not limited to Thema4 and next generation (Thema5) process controller reports, biological indicators, and additional R&D needs
Assist Technology Center leadership and technical trainers in planning, coordinating, preparing, and facilitating hands-on process training for sterilization, bio-decontamination, and washing
Assist Technology Center leadership in providing scientific expertise and support to both internal and external stakeholders, effectively serving as an educational bridge between complex sterilization principles and commercial sales activities
As necessary, assess technical qualifications and capabilities of new customer trainees as well as internal technical employees
Assist Account Management and/or Commercial staff during the quote process by completing cycle development/performance qualification questionnaires
Collect, sort, and analyze data, including communicating testing and research results in a timely manner
Create, review, and approve calibration certificates
Represent Fedegari Technologies and Fedegari Group in a professional and ethical manner
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science degree required, preferably Chemistry/Biochemistry or Microbiology
5+ years' working experience within a technical and/or industrial environment, preferably including laboratory and/or R&D workspaces
Demonstratable knowledge of cGMP and aseptic processing/manufacturing
Familiarity with training/system applications, quality systems, and learning management technology
General familiarity with project management principles
Technical acumen: ability to understand and convey engineering principles and scientific information
Analytical rigor: bring structure to ill-defined problems and intellectual leadership to problem solving
Courteous, supportive, and respectful in all interactions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional and poised presentation
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Preferred
Advanced scientific degree, such as a Master's in Chemistry/Biochemistry or Microbiology
Direct experience in sterilization and bio-decontamination within a biopharmaceutical or medical device/medical equipment manufacturing environment
