Responsibilities

Proactively engage mid-market end users via outbound channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.) to identify new opportunities and introduce Workwear Outfitters’ managed uniform solutions
Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure they meet program criteria before scheduling discovery calls, prioritizing sales efforts for maximum impact
Build and nurture a robust sales pipeline by engaging decision-makers, setting appointments, and tracking progress through the sales cycle
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and engagement activities in Salesforce (or equivalent CRM), ensuring data hygiene and effective follow-up
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support campaigns, follow up on past wins for renewals, and promote new product additions to existing programs
Present and demonstrate managed uniform program solutions, uncover business needs, and position Workwear Outfitters as a trusted partner
Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to sales leadership

Required

Bachelor's degree preferred; recent graduates welcome
1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (uniforms/apparel industry experience a plus)
Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident presenting over phone, video, and in person
Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce), Microsoft Office, and digital outreach tools
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
