Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day on-site technical support for industrial metal printing systems at the customer location
Install, commission, and qualify systems and associated equipment
Execute scheduled preventive maintenance and perform corrective repairs
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, software, and process-related issues, both independently and in collaboration with engineering teams
Train customer operators and technicians on system operation, maintenance, and best practices
Monitor system performance, analyze recurring issues, and provide clear technical reports and feedback
Support system upgrades, component replacements, and continuous performance improvements
Serve as a trusted technical advisor and on-site company representative
Qualification
Required
Proven experience servicing complex high-tech systems with strong diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities
Technical knowledge of control systems, electrical components, and optical systems
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and perform effectively under pressure
Preferred
Background in training end users is advantageous
Experience with lasers, optical technologies, Additive Manufacturing (AM), or Beckhoff PLC systems highly preferred
