Responsibilities
Manage and support CRM and Experience Management initiatives within the firm
Lead CRM deployment activities; strategize, design, and implement data security and access protocols
Act as a technical liaison for CRM and integrated applications
Coordinate data integration across multiple marketing systems including campaign and event management tools
Maintain and update marketing databases with accurate and integrated data (ETL processes)
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support marketing performance, CRM adoption, and client engagement analytics
Analyze marketing and CRM data to inform strategies and present data-driven insights through Power BI visualizations and reports
Integrate data from Microsoft Dynamics CRM, marketing platforms, and other internal systems into Power BI datasets
Manage Power BI datasets, refresh schedules, workspace access, and row-level security to ensure data accuracy and compliance
Provide technical support and training to end users on marketing technologies, including Power BI reporting and analytics tools
Monitor product roadmaps and communicate feature updates and implementation plans to stakeholders
Ensure compliance with legal and industry standards across all marketing activities
Collaborate with IT and Marketing teams on change control processes and production releases
Document system configurations, Power BI reports, and data models clearly and consistently
Support additional marketing technology and analytics projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in the legal industry, specifically supporting CRM and Experience Management systems
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Litera Foundation, or other e-marketing platforms (e.g., Vuture)
Experience with Common Data Service (CDS) and Common Data Model (CDM)
Hands-on experience developing dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI
Strong understanding of data modeling, Power Query, and DAX for reporting and analytics
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Power Apps, and related Microsoft technologies
Excellent communication and client service skills
Ability to manage multiple projects with keen attention to detail
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities
Preferred
Experience with Legal360 CRM platform
Prior success in training and supporting staff in marketing technology and reporting tools
Strong visual data presentation and executive-level reporting capabilities
Experience with Power BI governance, security, and enterprise reporting best practices
Project management skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
