Manage the day-to-day accounts payable operations, including processing vendor invoices and payments

Prepare accounts payable aging reports and weekly cash requirements for multiple entities

Review invoice batches for accuracy and ensure proper general ledger and period posting

Initiate various payment methods, including checks, wires, and ACH payments, both domestic and international

Reconcile vendor statements, research discrepancies, and maintain vendor records
