HRIS Coordinator

The HRIS Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day support, maintenance, and optimization of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring data integrity, supporting HR transactions, and delivering reporting and analytics.

Responsibilities

Serve as a point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries and issue resolution
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, escalating to vendors or IT as needed
Perform regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance
Manage and process Contingent Worker lifecycle transactions (e.g., hires, terminations, transfers)
Support employee process and transactions as needed
Maintain data integrity through routine audits and validations
Develop and deliver standard and ad hoc reports to support HR and business needs
Analyze data trends and provide insights to HR leadership
Participate in system upgrades, implementations, and enhancement projects
Assist with system configuration, testing, and documentation
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to define and implement process improvements
Partner with Payroll, Finance, IT, and other departments to ensure seamless data flow and alignment
Support compliance and audit requests by providing accurate and timely data
Understand HR business processes and recommend system solutions to improve efficiency
Stay current on HRIS best practices and emerging technologies

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business Administration, or related field
2–4 years of experience in HRIS or HR operations
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Excel and HR reporting tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
