Marketing and Demand Generation Manager

5 is seeking a Marketing and Demand Generation Manager to lead marketing programs for their U.S. commercial sales organization. The role focuses on expanding the pipeline for larger clients through demand generation campaigns and collaboration with sales teams.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns across industries and regions
Build lead-nurturing programs that educate prospects on market trends, procurement strategy, and energy expertise
Collaborate with direct sales and outreach team to support enablement, events, outreach, and pipeline growth
Develop clear, client-ready content that simplifies complex energy topics
Own website content, landing pages, and SEO direction for the commercial energy business
Build dashboards and reporting to track campaign performance, lead quality, and pipeline impact. Use data to optimize campaigns, segmentation, and channel strategy
Collaborate with internal teams, HubSpot SME’s, and external agencies, including PR partners
Provide day-to-day guidance and support to the Creative Marketing Manager
Manage marketing budget, vendors, and overall execution quality

Required

5-7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, field marketing, professional services marketing, or similar roles
Experience supporting outside sales or relationship-based sales teams in long sales-cycle environments (consulting, energy, financial services, technical services)
Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot required)
Strong analytical skills; comfortable building dashboards, analyzing performance, and making data-driven decisions
Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical insights into accessible, client-ready messaging
Experience managing vendors, creative teams, or agencies
Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

Preferred

Exposure to energy markets, energy procurement, sustainability, or regulated industries
Experience with SEO strategy, content governance, or PR support
