Graphic Designer

Walmart Inc. is seeking a passionate eCommerce Graphic Designer to contribute to their US ECommerce business. The role involves designing high-quality images and graphics, managing multiple projects, and building strategic relationships to enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities

Designing and developing high-quality images and graphics – Create visually appealing and informative graphics for online item pages that effectively communicate product information and elevate the customer experience
Maintaining operational control – Manage multiple projects simultaneously for you and your team, while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of work
Leveraging tools & channels – Partner with internal team members to implement and optimize production tools for the studio and image outputs to ensure efficient operations
Building strategic relationships: Support program managers and partners by exploring and aligning to business strategies and output needs
Operating with excellence – Set an example in managing to KPIs, delivering excellence, presenting at all levels, and developing yourself and others
Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy; and providing direction and guidance on applying these in executing business processes and practices

Required

Bachelor's degree in Art, Photography, Graphic Design, or related field and 1 years' experience in graphics, artwork, design, or related area OR 3 years' experience in graphics, artwork, design, or related area
