Conduct client needs analyses and understand risk tolerance
Offer guidance and solutions across retirement, investment, insurance, and wealth management
Review and analyze portfolios to ensure alignment with goals
Stay informed on market trends, regulations, and relevant financial updates
Partner with internal teams (Investment Director, Insurance Specialists, etc.) to deliver customized solutions
Lead clients through the fact-finding, account opening, and documentation process
Provide ongoing support, answering questions related to account performance and activity
Generate new opportunities through referrals, networking, and business development strategies
