Responsibilities
Sourcing and recruiting executive leaders through market research, outreach, referrals, and data tools
Cold calling, screening, and assessing candidate experience, skills, and fit
Managing relationships with candidates and hiring teams
Running marketing & recruitment campaigns
Scheduling and tracking calls, interviews, and follow-ups
Keeping our CRM database sharp and up-to-date
Qualification
Required
2–5+ years of experience crushing it in sales, recruiting, or people-first roles
A natural communicator who connects, influences, and builds trust with ease
High energy, high empathy — you love the chase and the close
Tech-comfortable: LinkedIn, Outlook, Excel/Google Sheets, CRM tools — you've got it covered
