Responsibilities

Supports the Program Manager for CAD/PAD with management of the life-cycle execution
Supports and preserves financial integrity for funding received from government resource officers, sponsors, foreign military sales (FMS), working with private party (WWPP) participants, and other stakeholders
The work conducted is concentrated on the formulation of budget estimates and program plans including compiling, presenting, and defending complex financial and business decisions before authorities, drafting delivery schedules and ensuring complete and accurate financial reporting to report out on financial decisions
Maintain and analyze tools to make sound financial and business decisions to include recommending costs or program vector shifts; conducting benefits analysis of alternative methods and provide support to management of the CAD/PAD programs and operations by implementing acquisition and programmatic acumen expertise adherent to those legal and regulatory controls over approved budgets, internal controls and providing data and advice on effective and efficient methods for the acquisition as well as appropriate use of funds to support the organization’s activities
Regularly interfaces with N98, N411, PMA202 and PEO (U&W) headquarter offices
